HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

  • Contact us by live chat or email and request the appropriate returns address
  • Ensure order is in its original packaging and state
  • Fill-in the returns form, if the return note is missing or lost you can downlaod and print another directly from the notification above.
  • Send back to us by the courier of your choice

RETURNS TIME-FRAME

Damaged under defective orders should be declared within 3 working days of receiving your order.

1 - 14 days — cash or store credit
15 - 30 days — store credit

Please note — you should contact us within 14 days of delivery requesting a return for a cash refund. After this period you can still request a return up to day 30 and receive store credit.

If your order is damaged in transit you should notify us within 3 days of delivery. 

 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN?

We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. Change your mind about the product or its not what you expected? In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.

FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD AND RETURNS

If you place an order and qualify for free delivery, but then decide to return only a portion of that order, you may no longer meet the minimum order value required for free delivery. In that case, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refund amount you receive for the returned items.

HOW TO RETURN ORDER WITH KLARNA?

Returning an order paid for using Klarna payment method? We will process the return the same way it would any other return; you should, however, inform Klarna of your return using the Klarna portal >, this will pause your payment due date.

RETURN CHARGES FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

A 30% restocking fee applies to all made-to-order returns. Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for postage and any damages during return delivery.

Bank refund timeframe

An automated email verification will be sent out as soon as your return has been checked over and authorised for refund.

Banks still need to process refunds once authorised by uBaaHaus. Please allow for the appropriate time to pass for bank processing. 

Refunds can only be processed to the same method of payment used to purchase your order.


Klarna refunds

Please note – refunds come directly from Klarna within a 3 to 5 working day processing time. If you receive a payment reminder whilst a return is in progress please contact Klarna customer service directly.

Can I make an exchange

Exchanges – we currently do not accept exchanges; if you would like to make what would effectively be an exchange you will be required to return your item as if you wanted a refund and then place another order with us.
