How long do orders take to process?
Orders made before 12 pm will be processed same day unless the product page has a notification saying otherwise, most often the item is made to order in which case manufacturing lead times have to be considered.
Shipping timeframes?
Generally speaking delivery takes 1 - 3 working days depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout. Please be aware - some items are shipped out directly from manufacturer; countries across the world with longer lead times, you can reference lead times by clicking on the desired item page and looking under the add to cart button for more info.
How do I track my order?
We like to think we do a really good job in automating shipping details. Customers should expect to be notified as soon as the parcel Is passed off to the courier and begins its journey to It's final address. You can keep track of orders by email or by login into your account. In some cases depending on the courier and the system they have in place you may also receive an “out with courier notification” and usually with a one hour expected delivery timeslot.

Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United Kingdom. As the business matures we will look to expand out to targeted regions.
