With its non-stick coating, the tray is protected against oxidation and features easy turning out. Grease before use. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects. Normal hand-washing (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
